In the event of any technical issues during the online fee payment process, including but not limited to:

1. If the payment gets debited from your credit/debit card and the internet connection is lost due to external server malfunction or any other similar issue.
2. If the system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction.

We shall not be responsible for any issues or discrepancies until the course fee paid by the student or parent is successfully credited into the bank account of APESys. If the payment is credited into our account, our refund policy will apply according to the firm's norms.
